Sales Development Representative

Location: Fremont, CA
Looking for a role to work with founders of startups, where you are helping them operate their companies better through technology? We’ve built a leading SAAS platform that helps startups run their companies better.  And we are adding a member to the team that can handle incoming leads, present online demos of our platform and convert prospects to clients.

The Role:
  • Prepare and deliver 5-6 demos a day in the allocated product area
  • Communicate directly with customers via online chat, email, and phone
  • Help customers solve technical issues with the software
  • Answer general questions about our product & company
  • Work with product, and engineering teams to discuss common customer feedback & problems
  • Track all activities in our CRM system
The Experience: 
  • 3+ years experience as a customer success manager at a software company
  • 3+ years experience in sales or support of a  "SaaS" platform
  • Previous experience in a business development or sales position
  • Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing software/technical company 
  • 4-year college degree preferred
