The Role:
  • Manage a team of on-site and virtual customer service agents in their day-to-day activities
  • Help hire the team of customer service agents and shape the culture
  • Identify and resolve workflow problems to allow the team to function at their optimum level, working directly with the engineering team on automation.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the customer service organization, reporting directly to management so that Albert can move quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to roll your sleeves up and answer support tickets when needed.

The Skills:
  • Prior experience leading a customer service team of 10-20.
  • Experience with consumer applications (mobile / web)
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree
