The Work:
  • Build Human Resources that align with our company culture and goals.
  • Lead all Human Resource initiatives to include recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and systems
  • Utilize Organizational Development to improve career tracks, retention and team operations
  • Oversee planning and budgeting for HR systems and programs
  • Drive performance management and talent review programs
  • Partner with managers to resolve employee issues
  • Provide counsel to management and staff
  • Serve as strategic business advisor to the executive team
  • Provide business updates to the leadership team, which you will be apart of

The Skills:
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced tech company.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Organizational Development knowledge and retention strategies
  • Analytical expertise; proficient with data-driven analysis
  • Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to perform with a sense of urgency
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • High level of integrity
